Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years of Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits experience
- CEBS or CCP preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage benefits administration process including health insurance and retirement plans
- Lead the administration of the company's compensation strategy
- Oversee biweekly payroll processing and review
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related area of study.
