Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits
- CEBS or CCP certification preferred
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
Responsibilities
- Manage benefits administration process including health insurance, retirement plans, and open enrollment
- Lead company's compensation strategy and annual cycle
- Oversee biweekly payroll processing and tax filings
