Seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to help elevate a team of surveyors and property consultants to the next level of success. Play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and building out the HR function.
Qualifications
- CIPD qualified (level 5 or 7)
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and partners
- Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives
- Lead on recruitment and onboarding
Education
A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
