- 5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of affirmative action principles
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Complete Affirmative Action Plans and reports
- Provide expert consulting on Affirmative Action concepts
- Build client relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities
Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
