Description
Exciting opportunity to join the Food and Beverage team at The Tap House at the Grand Summit Hotel as a Banquet Setup Person. High school diploma required, 1 year experience preferred, must be able to work in a team environment.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year serving experience in a restaurant, catering, or banquet capacity preferred
Responsibilities
- Set up events according to BEO timing and direction from F&B Director
- Set-up and break-down of events according to BEO and floor plan outlines
- Maintain proper storage of banquet décor, tools, linens, and equipment
