Description
Looking for an Assistant Manager for OPWDD-funded Residential Program at QSAC, Inc. to support and supervise staff in maintaining a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for people with disabilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1-2 years experience supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities required
- Demonstrates patience and the ability to learn and utilize systematic procedures
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
Responsibilities
- Review residential binders and conduct safety drills
- Maintain relationships with community and neighbors
- Supervise direct care professionals and oversee staff scheduling
