Lead a team of recovery support specialists to provide advocacy, safety, and crisis intervention for clients with substance use and mental health disorders at Gandara Mental Health Center.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the human services field or four years of experience working with individuals with SUD or MH disorders
- Past Supervisory experience
- CPR Certification
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support direct care staff
- Provide ongoing training for staff
- Maintain supportive relationships with clients and staff
