Seeking a Care Manager in Torrance, CA to educate clients on services, conduct assessments, manage ongoing care, and represent the company at events.
Qualifications
- Degree in social work, human services, gerontology, counseling, communication, or related field
- 3+ years experience in case management and/or social advocacy with older adults
- Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check
- Ability to work some nights and weekends
