Description
Lead our team to new heights as the Director of Staff Development at Friends. Work closely with HR, residential coordinators, and the Executive Director to ensure staff compliance and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience in CASSP and/or residential care preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure staff compliance with training requirements
- Maintain training records
- Provide feedback for staff appraisals and promotions
Education
Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field or a minimum of 60 credits from an accredited college/university and 6 years experience
