Exciting opportunity for a Hospice Field LPN to provide nursing and palliative care in the Phoenix Metro Area. Must be compassionate and willing to drive to different areas.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the State of Arizona
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing and palliative care to assigned hospice patients
- Participate in coordination of hospice services
- Perform other duties as assigned by the registered nurse
