Lead and manage the Thrive Intensive Community Wrap-Around Support Program, working closely with a dedicated team to provide essential services to those in need of support.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in social services field
- Current licensure in related field
- Minimum of five years direct experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Significant Mental Illness
Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide leadership to the Intensive Community Wrap Around team
- Facilitate daily communication among Thrive team members
- Manage all referrals for the Community Treatment Team
Education
Master's Degree in social services field or related field required
