Description
Join the Liberty ARC team as an Assistant Manager ensuring daily routines and responsibilities are followed to ensure health, safety and quality of life for individuals served.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- One year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Must be med certified
- Must be able to read & write English
- Valid NYS Driver's license
- Prior experience supervising others preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the oversight of staff on shift
- Inform the Manager of concerns, issues/incidents
- Provide individual support in all areas of daily living for individuals served
Working Hours
Full time approximately 40 hours per week. Evening and weekend hours required. Holiday work as needed. Emergency coverage required.
