Qualifications
- Case Management certification
- Cultural understanding
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA
Responsibilities
- Assess clients' needs at admission
- Liaison with community services
- Educate participants on behavioral health
Education
High School/GED required
Working Hours
Full-Time 40 hours, After-hours and weekends on occasion
