- 10+ years in Operations Management
- 5-10 years in HR or people management
- Non-profit experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Overseeing Facilities, Dietary/Housekeeping, and Human Resources departments
- Managing capital projects and facility operations
- Serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO
Working Hours
40 hours per week, some weekends and evening hours
