Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CNA certificate
Responsibilities
- Ensure all medication documentation is current and correct
- Communicate medication changes to residents, staff, & family members
- Assist Resident Caregivers with providing personal care to residents
Education
A certification from a physician, nurse practitioner, or other health care professional to verify no communicable diseases, open skin lesions, or any other health problems that would interfere with job performance.
