Qualifications
- Completed a Medical Assisting Program/Completion of Certification or Registration
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to type at minimum 40 WPM
Responsibilities
- Support Certified Medical Assistants, ARNP, and physician
- Perform phone triage of patient questions/concerns
- Maintain pharmacy calls and coordinate prescription refills
Education
