Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensed in the state(s) in which he/she practices, BSN preferred
- Five (5) years of home care experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years
- Three (3) years of home care experience managing caregivers and nurses within the last five (5) years
Responsibilities
- Ensure qualified employees and contractors provide patient care and paraprofessional services according to regulations
- Develop and motivate the clinical and paraprofessional team
- Identify opportunities to improve quality of patient care and client services
