Seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee telehealth initiatives & in-clinic services at DOCS Health, requiring strong organizational skills & team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven project management experience in healthcare or related industries
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and project management tools
Responsibilities
- Building Provider Network: Identify and establish relationships with healthcare providers
- Provider Management: Manage provider schedule, training, and access
- Appointment Management: Create patient schedules, manage communications
- Event Management: Coordinate and support on-location events
- Documentation Management: Ensure completeness and corrections
- Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile provider and partner invoices
- Reporting: Generate reports related to program utilization
Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (Master's preferred)
Working Hours
Ability to travel overnight 25% of the time
