Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered LPN License in PA
- Possesses an active BLS certification with skills demonstration
- Remains knowledgeable about specific state laws and regulations governing practice
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the assessment of the health status of patients
- Participate in the development and modification of a patient's plan of care
- Provide direct basic care to multiple clients within the healthcare program at their facility
