Description
Supervise ABA staff to manage quality care for clients with consideration of dignity and privacy. Monitor the effectiveness of skill-building interventions utilizing ABA for children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. Conduct analyses and diagnostic testing. Offering relocation reimbursement and sign-on bonuses in the Greater Phoenix Area or Arizona.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or University
- Certified by the BACB
- Previous experience in supervision preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to ABA Technicians on staff
- Develop child-specific behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA therapy
- Conduct Initial Assessments, Skills Assessments, and Reassessments
