- Familiarity with mental health challenges faced by teenagers
- Good communication skills
- Encouraging Spirit
- Compassionate toward those with difficult backgrounds
Responsibilities
- Model a Christ-like life in all areas
- Oversee residents in household chores
- Teach basic life skills and nurture growth of residents
Education
High School diploma or GED required
Working Hours
Various hours/shifts available, especially for evenings, weekends, and overnight awake
