Description
Residential Administrator needed to oversee residential services for developmentally disabled adults in Oakland. Manage staff, ensure safety, and meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts/Science in Special Education, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience working directly with developmentally disabled individuals, preferably adults
- Ability to obtain and maintain Residential Administrator certification
Responsibilities
- Responsible for physical and emotional well-being of clients
- Ensure compliance with IPP goals and Clausen House policies
- Maintain communication with staff, family members, case managers, and other parties
Education
