Qualifications
- Active LCSW licensure in New York State
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting
- Strong understanding of mental health treatment methodologies and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources as needed
