Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Float Caregiver to join our team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or proven experience as a caregiver
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Follow individualized care plans for clients, including but not limited to personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with tasks related to daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor
