Seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish speaking Home Health Care Coordinators to join our growing team in Mount Vernon, NY at A&J Home Care.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the US
- Coordination Experience preferred
- Computer Literate ? Knowledge of HHA Exchange preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish
- Professional Attitude ? Team Player
- Ability to coordinate aide placement for patients
- Ability to use all available resources to coordinate Patient care
- Ability to consistently document properly
