Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelors with relevant experience in Healthcare related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Functions as a Clinical partner with respective ComForCare business owner
- Participates in client engagement through care planning and excellent customer service
- Performs comprehensive assessments of client status and develops individualized care plans
Education
Masters or Bachelors with relevant experience in Healthcare related field preferred
