Dynamic Rehab Liaison position available at Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. Seeking a motivated individual to drive Acute Rehab census and develop referral relationships.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of related experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in related field Required
- Licensed as specialized clinician Required: RN, PT, OT, or SLP
Responsibilities
- Screen potential Rehab candidates using regulatory and Medicare guidelines
- Review medical records of patients
- Develop referral relationships internally and externally
