Responsibilities
- Enhancing clinical care for residents
- Administering medications as ordered by physician
- Checking on residents daily
- Informing RN Supervisor about resident status
- Administering professional services as needed
- Completing required record keeping forms
- Investigating complaints and grievances
- Maintaining professional image with residents and families
