Qualifications
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or Nurse Aide in Massachusetts
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Home Care/Home Health Care setting strongly preferred
- Current TB test results and proof of MMR
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Gather supplies and equipment necessary for homemaking services
- Provide transportation and assistance to clients
- Cleaning and organizing clients' homes
- Preparing meals according to individual needs
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Create and maintain a safe environment for clients
- Monitor nutrition and hydration of clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support
