Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Therapeutic Recreation or equivalent
- Previous successful management of a Memory care unit
- At least two years experience in geriatric care
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and implement programs and services for residents with cognitive impairment
- Direct and supervise Memory care staff
- Maintain mentally, physically, and spiritually stimulating activity programs
Education
Bachelor's Degree in social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Therapeutic Recreation or equivalent is desired.
