Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of clinical laboratory managerial experience
- Experience in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Banking, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Serology, Immunology, and Microbiology
Responsibilities
- Monitors and reports on departmental goals and metrics
- Participates in budget development
- Builds and maintains provider and interdepartmental relationships
