Be the friendly face at the front desk of a busy healthcare practice, welcoming patients and setting a positive tone for their visit.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of previous administrative or secretarial experience required
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner
- Assist in registering patients as needed
- Maintain lobby and waiting area to ensure a professional, orderly and welcoming environment
Working Hours
2-3 days a week and every other Saturday
