Qualifications
- Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care (RRT)
- Licensed to practice in the state of Texas as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 180 days of hire
- Minimum Associates Degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of current RRT acute care hospital critical care experience
Responsibilities
- Perform respiratory care assessments
- Administer respiratory treatments and medications
- Set up and manage ventilators, administer ECGs, and provide patient/family education
Working Hours
Nights 7:00pm - 7:00am (ROTATING WEEKENDS)
