Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certified or willingness to become certified
- Prior experience with elderly patients preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementation of individual and group activities
- Provide activities for those with special needs
- Encourage participation and involvement of all residents
- Prepare for and participate in resident care conferences
- Prepare sites and materials for activities
