- Current RN License
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR Certification
- Valid Auto Insurance
- At least 2 years of Home Health RN experience
- HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatments
- Develop and document care plans
- Provide clinical directions to support staff
