Qualifications
- 5 years of healthcare experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- coordinate Veteran healthcare services
- act as advocate for Veterans
- monitor progress towards health goals
Education
A bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
