Description
Exciting opportunity for a PRN Polysomnography Technologist to join Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center. Ideal candidate will be highly skilled in conducting polysomnograms and sleep disorder tests.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Graduate of AMA approved School of Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure
- Certification by the BRPT, ABSM, NBRC or an AASM-equivalent organization's registry exam
Responsibilities
- Conduct polysomnograms and other sleep disorder tests
- Attach electrodes and monitors to patients participating in sleep study
- Monitor patients throughout sleep study and document observations
