Qualifications
- Masters Level Degree in a related field
- Experience providing level of care assessments to SUD population
Responsibilities
- Provide substance use Level of Care Assessments
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Coordinate continuum of care activities
Working Hours
37-40 hours per week, 8:00am-4:30pm, flexible hours
