Qualifications
- 4 year college degree preferred
- 4 years management experience required
- Fitness management experience preferred
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies
- Recruit and hire high-caliber staff
- Achieve revenue goals and implement company programs
