Qualifications
- 10+ years work experience
- 3-5 years experience as RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Project/Program Manager
- Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
Responsibilities
- Maintain process documentation
- Ensure agile principles are practiced
- Support development managers and project leads
- Facilitate conflict resolution
- Empower teams to self-organize
- Ensure increments of functionality are potentially shippable
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
