Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Health Care Administration
- Minimum 3 years of successful management experience in assisted living or nursing community
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all personal care for residents including ADLs and third party care coordination
- Coordinate staffing and schedules for resident needs, housekeeping, and dietary services
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, training, and performance reviews of care managers and support staff
