Qualifications
- Mastery level knowledge of military Medical Services
- Experience using the CHCS and AHLTA
- Knowledge of medical information systems
Responsibilities
- Receive phone calls for appointment-related requests
- Schedule appointments with PCM or Specialty clinic
- Validate and implement MTF policy
Education
An associate’s degree or 4 years' experience in health care administration
Working Hours
40 hours per week
