Responsibilities
- Perform chart preparation per clinic protocol
- Accompany provider in patient visits
- Document patient history and procedures
Education
Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years equivalent experience in related field
Working Hours
30-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm PST
