- Registered Dietitian with CDR certification
- State licensure
- Previous LTC or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide nutrition care to residents
- Collaborate with facility staff
- Complete documentation and attend meetings
Working Hours
32 hours per week, Monday-Friday
