Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of lending procedures, financial products, and legal regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Proficient in CDK and Dealer Track
Responsibilities
- Oversee the finance department and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Work closely with sales teams to secure financing for customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders
- Prepare and review financial contracts with accuracy
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous development in the finance team
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent experience in automotive finance management may be considered.
