Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required (finance, information systems, business, accounting required); MBA, Master of Finance, or Master of Accountancy is preferred
- 5+ years project and program management experience
- Experience in leading complex finance and reporting initiatives
- Business process reengineering
- Experience in crypto currency & related distributed ledger technologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required
- Experience with finance systems and reporting, particularly in technology / software sector/ healthcare/ or production
Responsibilities
- Create and implement financial models for project financing
- Screen, research and evaluate new business development opportunities
- Apply experience to identify appropriate PM tools to manage resources, schedules, risks and issues while tracking the completion of milestones
- Analyze operational and financial (program budget and planning) data
- Manage projects that involve research, analysis, planning, development and implementation activities, monitor the progress and timeline, and communicate with project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties
- Assist the project-development team in sensitivity and scenario analysis and deal structure. Underwrite, conduct due diligence, and drive deal closure
- Prepare collateral materials for investor presentations
- Conduct regulatory, market and financial analysis
- Influence and drive key decisions for project execution
Education
Bachelor's Degree required (finance, information systems, business, accounting required); MBA, Master of Finance, or Master of Accountancy is preferred
