Description
Seeking detail-oriented EHS & QA Coordinator to build Safety Culture & Engagement, lead programs protecting from environmental hazards, maintain QA processes, and work in confined spaces.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of health and safety best practices and legal requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001
- Two years of experience in EHS, QA, or related field
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Responsibilities
- Lead programs that protect from environmental hazards and workplace hazards
- Maintain QA processes and procedures
- Work in confined spaces
- Implement and maintain EHS processes and procedures
- Coordinate EHS inspections
- Provide administrative support in EHS and QA teams
Education
High school diploma or GED, B.A., Technical/Vocational trade school, or apprenticeship (Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or Occupational Safety)
