Qualifications
- 10+ years leading and mentoring DOT professionals
- Experience managing an HSE/DOT department
- Experience in USDOT/FMCSA regulations compliance
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Carrier Auditing, Claims, and Field HSE/DOT teams
- Ensure state and national compliance with HSE/DOT regulations
- Maintain KPIs and develop effective equipment inspection programs
Education
Bachelor’s degree with HSE/DOT compliance certification
