Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 32 words per minute typing speed with 80% accuracy
Responsibilities
- Answer 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency calls
- Obtain vital information and enter information in CAD
- Refer callers to appropriate agencies and assist as needed
