Qualifications
- Valid Electrician's License
- Proven experience in residential and light commercial electrical installation and repair
- Strong understanding of electrical codes (NEC)
- Knowledge of control systems and automation technologies
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional solutions
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues
- Validate and install controllers, control boxes, electrical cable, and electrical circuits
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of electrical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems
- Adhere to all applicable electrical codes and standards, including NEC
- Verify all in-house built components to be UL certified
- Train other Apprentice level technicians for certification
